I was diagnosed with osteopenia four years ago, and I signed up for Robin’s Osteoporosis classes with the hope that I could slow down the progression of the condition.  I was thrilled to learn, just a few months ago, that my loss of bone has not progressed.  I attribute this wonderful outcome to the specialized yoga practices I have learned in Robin’s classes.  I feel stronger, more relaxed, and have gained confidence in my body.  What a privilege to work with Robin.

What I especially appreciate is Robin’s non-judgmental approach and willingness to suggest alternative poses for people with physical limitations.  When I started doing yoga, I couldn’t get myself up off the ground, but now, I can not only get myself up physically but also mentally.

What I like about Robin’s yoga classes is she explains the poses and demonstrates them so we can see them before we do them.  Zoom is not an easy medium for classes, yet she makes it work by observing and focusing on the attendees and giving feedback to assure and correct poses.
