Virtual Classes and Pricing

All of my classes are designed to help you to feel better in every way. In each class you will be guided through a yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and balance in your muscles, bones, and joints. The pace and rhythm of class will calm your mind and nervous system resulting in a sense of overall well-being and restoration.

For an optimal experience in all of my classes, you will want to have; 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a folding or straight back chair. Optional equipment used for strengthening are light weights and exercise bands.

New student orientation. Schedule a free, 30 minute session with me at which time I may orient you to classes and understand your goals.

Yoga for Healthy Bones and Joints

Improve your posture, strength, balance, mobility, and mood with classical yoga postures, core work and muscle building exercises. Yoga props are frequently used to facilitate correct alignment. Light weights and exercise bands are integrated at times to boost strength!

$18 Drop-in

$64 — 4 class package - good for six months from date of purchase

$84 — 6 class package - good for six months from date of purchase

$135 - 10 class package - good for six months from date of purchase

Payments accepted with credit cards. A 6.35% CT state sales tax is required on all Yoga classes. Tax is included in pricing.
