Yoga for Healthy Bones & Joints at Yoga from the Heart Studio in Avon
In this 75 minute class, a variety of yoga props will be used to facilitate healthy movement and aligned joints. The practice will focus on strengthening bones and muscles, improving flexibility, mobility, and balance. If you have osteoporosis, arthritis, or are getting back to yoga after surgery this is the perfect class for you. the ability to move from the floor to sitting and standing is necessary.
